IT Service Delivery Manager (m/f/d)

What you can expect

  • You are responsible for delivering our instances to our customers. You always keep an overview of all project phases and deadlines
  • You are the interface between customers and internal colleagues (DevOps team, functional project managers, technical consultants)
  • You plan and coordinate cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders and connect project work and service within our product offering
  • You are responsible for end-to-end monitoring, troubleshooting and problem analysis
  • Working closely with development and technical consultants, you eliminate vulnerabilities and ensure reliable operation
  • It is easy for you to keep a cool head even in challenging situations such as incidents and escalations
  • You implement efficient processes and standards 

What you offer

  • You have a degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable training
  • You bring experience in service management, service delivery management, project management or technical experience with interest in coordinating role
  • You are characterized by a structured and goal-oriented way of working and always have the big picture in mind
  • You like to work independently, proactively and solution-oriented
  • Distinct service orientation and corresponding communication and organizational skills combined with the ability to work in a team complete your profile
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English
